Important Note
These Terms are a practical website terms template for this project and are not legal advice. Have qualified legal counsel review them before relying on them for a production business.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Employee Engagement Insight, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information through the assessment.
The site is intended for individual employees who want private, structured engagement reflection and practical guidance. It is not an official employer, HR, labor relations, legal, medical, or mental health service.
2. Service Description
Employee Engagement Insight lets users answer employee engagement questions, generate a score summary, request AI-generated analysis, review premium trend history, and download output as a PDF.
The service may use third-party providers for authentication, subscription billing, database storage, AI generation, hosting, and operational reliability. Those providers may process data as needed to deliver the service.
3. Accounts, Sign-In, and Subscriptions
You may need to create or use an authenticated account to access the assessment, save drafts, view saved results, or use premium features.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, stop using the service and take steps to secure the account through the sign-in provider.
Premium access, subscription plans, payment handling, renewals, cancellations, and taxes may be managed through the billing provider. Access to paid features may change if payment fails, a subscription expires, or the plan is canceled.
4. User Data and Assessment Responses
You are responsible for the information you enter, including organization names, role details, leader names, optional work context, open-ended reflections, and engagement scores.
Do not submit information you are not authorized to provide. Avoid entering sensitive personal information about yourself or others unless you intentionally choose to do so and understand the risk.
The service may store drafts, completed assessment responses, generated reports, trend summaries, and related metadata so that your work is not lost when a browser session ends, the site is updated, or the web server restarts.
5. AI-Generated Output
AI-generated analysis is provided for reflection, education, planning, and conversation preparation. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, overly general, or not appropriate for your exact circumstances.
You should review all output carefully before relying on it, sharing it, or using it in a workplace conversation. You are responsible for deciding what to do with the output.
The service does not guarantee that AI output will improve your engagement, workplace relationships, employment status, compensation, performance review, or any other outcome.
6. Not Legal, Medical, HR, or Employment Advice
The site does not provide legal advice, medical advice, mental health diagnosis or treatment, financial advice, HR advice, labor relations advice, or employment advice.
If you are dealing with harassment, discrimination, retaliation, safety concerns, medical needs, mental health concerns, wage issues, discipline, termination risk, or legal rights, consider contacting an appropriate professional, HR representative, employee relations specialist, union representative, attorney, medical provider, emergency resource, or other qualified support.
7. Appropriate Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, probe or bypass security controls, submit malicious code, overload the system, scrape protected areas, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
You agree not to use the service to generate abusive, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or unlawful content.
You agree not to impersonate another person or submit assessment responses on behalf of someone else without appropriate permission.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality Limits
The service is designed for private employee reflection, but no internet service can guarantee absolute confidentiality or uninterrupted security.
Information may be processed by third-party services used for authentication, hosting, database storage, billing, AI generation, logging, monitoring, rate limiting, and reliability.
Do not treat the service as a secure whistleblower channel, attorney-client communication, medical record system, HR case system, or emergency reporting tool.
9. PDF Downloads and Sharing
You may download generated output as a PDF for your personal use. You are responsible for storing, securing, deleting, or sharing downloaded files.
If you share a report with a manager, leader, HR representative, coworker, advisor, or other person, you are responsible for that decision and any consequences that may follow.
10. Availability and Changes
The site may be updated, modified, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time. Features may change as the product, providers, or technical requirements evolve.
The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, deployment changes, network interruptions, abuse-prevention controls, or unexpected technical issues.
11. Intellectual Property
The site design, software, prompts, workflows, page content, branding, and other service materials are owned by the site operator or its licensors, except for content you submit.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from the site, except where allowed by applicable law.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.
You use the service at your own discretion and risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, employment consequences, workplace disputes, reputational harm, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
14. Termination
The site operator may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security or reliability risks, fail to pay for premium access, or use the service in a way that could harm other users, providers, or the site.
15. Updates to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
If a change materially affects how the service works or how user data is handled, the site may provide additional notice where practical.
