Why this exists

Engagement surveys are often designed for organizations and leadership teams. That is useful, but employees also need a way to understand what their own answers may reveal about energy, trust, growth, recognition, workload, inclusion, and connection to purpose.

This site uses the same subscription, login, AI, streaming, and PDF services as the foundation project, but the experience has been refocused around employee engagement. The output is designed to help a person reflect privately before deciding what to discuss with a leader.

The report does not replace judgment, coaching, HR guidance, or a real conversation. It gives structure so the employee can enter that conversation with clearer examples, practical requests, and a balanced view of what they can influence.
